The Wayne X-Press is a rural public transportation system operating eight deviated fixed routes and county-wide non-emergency medical transportation.

Wayne X-Press operates fives days a week, transporting residents of Wayne County to seven multi-purpose senior centers, non-emergency medical appointments, jobs and employment-related appointments.
